HTC Rhyme kicks some ill beats on Verizon’s network

With a name like Rhyme you would think this would be the first US device to feature Beats Audio. Sad to say that this not the case with the latest Verizon device. But it does have some nice features. The Rhyme(formally known as the Bliss) has a 3.7 inch WVGA Super LCD screen. Powering the phone is a 1GHz Qualcomm processor.  There is 4GB of internal memory with at normal micro SD expansion slot. The odd thing here, the battery is non-removable. But it does come with a charging dock which uses the 3 charging connections on the back of the phone. The phone is running Android 2.3 with HTC Sense 3.5. The new version of HTC brings some of the features of Sense 3.0 with a new home screen button layout and new widgets.   For cameras you get a front-facing VGA cam for video chat. The rear camera is a 5 mega pixel. The camera software has a very interesting feature that I have not seen(or heard of) on any other HTC phone. When in portrait mode the software will automatically clear up the skin of the subject.   The Rhyme will come with the aforementioned dock, tangle-free headphones and a charm. The charm is a very unique accessory that connects to the Rhyme and lights up to notify you that you have a message or call. You can get your hands on the HTC Rhyme starting September 29th for $199.99 on-contract.
